  • Reverse Lunge
  • Donkey Kick with Band
  • Glute Bridge
  • Sumo Squats with Band
  • Leg Lift
  • Jump Squat
  • Jump Squat with Band
  • Lateral Band Walk

Do 10-15 reps per exercise for 4 rounds
