Tuna Salad – Servings: 7 Cups, Serving size: ½ Cup
2 lb Can Tuna, drained
1 1/4 cup Green Onions, diced
1 1/4 cup Oven Roasted Tomatoes, diced
1 1/4 cup Celery, diced
1 1/2 Tbsp Roasted Garlic, minced
3/4 cup Mayo
3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
3/4 Tbsp Sea Salt
1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper
Drain tuna very well by pressing tuna in cheesecloth. Finely chop all vegetables and mix ingredients together by hand in a medium sized mixing bowl.
