Movara Chicken Salad
In addition of our varied daily meal offerings, we offer a regular selection of alternate menu offerings for guests who don’t feel like having the main meal selection. Our chicken salad with pita or lettuce cups is a guest favorite!
INGREDIENTS
8 – 4 oz. Chicken Breasts
1 1/2 C. Grapes sliced in half
1 1/2 C. Celery diced
1/8 C. Chopped tarragon
1 C. Just mayo
3/4 t. Black Pepper
3/4 t. Sea Salt
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Trim chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 22-25 minutes or until done.
- Chop all vegetables as required.
- Dice or shred the chicken.
- Mix all ingredients by hand in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Recipe yields about 5 cups. Serving size: ½ cup
