Peanut Butter Cups – Makes 12 cups
1 Cup Smooth Peanut butter
½ Cup Almond Flour
1 T. Coconut oil
2T. Honey or Agave Nectar
1 ¼ Cup Dark chocolate
Preparation:
Place peanut butter, coconut oil, almond flour, and honey in a bowl and combine until smooth. Melt chocolate in double boiler until smooth. Add a teaspoon of chocolate to each muffin tin then freeze for 5-10 minute. Next place 2 teaspoons of peanut butter mixture in each muffin tin then freeze for 5-10 minutes. Add one more teaspoon to each muffin tin for a total of four teaspoons. Freeze until ready to serve.
