20/20 WORKOUT

Ready to burn some calories and get that sweat on but don’t want to hit the gym? Try this “At Home Workout” that requires no special equipment and can be done right in your living room! If you’re feeling extra tough, repeat 2 or 3 times. Be sure to drink plenty of water and watch your form. (This workout can also be cut in half. Choose 10 exercises and do 10 reps of each one!)
