Two Ingredient Coconut Macaroons

Two Ingredient Coconut Macaroons – makes 22 macaroons

  • 12 oz. Unsweetened/ unsulfured shredded coconut flakes
  • 11.5 oz. Sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • (optional) 1/4 C. Dark chocolate (melted)


Combine coconut flakes and condensed milk together until a uniform dough forms. Portion into one ounce or 2 tablespoon balls and set on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown. Transfer to cooling rack and cool completely before eating. (Optional) Drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
