Turkey Reuben – Serves 2

4 slices Ezekiel Bread

2 slices Provolone Cheese

8 ounces Turkey

1/2 C. Sauerkraut

1/4 C. Reuben Sauce, recipe below

Pre-heat a griddle or saute pan. Add one slice of cheese to half the bread. Add sauerkraut on top of the cheese and then the sliced turkey. Place the other slice of bread on top of the turkey and grill each side for 4-5 mins until toasted. To fully melt the cheese, you can add the sandwich to an oven at 350 degrees for about 5 more minutes.

Reuben Sauce – Yields 1 1/2 Cups (2 Tablespoons per serving)

1/2 C. Mayo

1/2 C. Greek Yogurt

1/4 C. Ketchup

1 T. Dill Relish

1 tsp. Onion Powder

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

2 tsp. Lemon Juice

1 tsp. White Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 tsp. Tabasco

1/3 C. Water

Mix all ingredients until well incorporated.
