4 slices “Dave’s” killer bread
1 avocado, smashed
4 poached eggs
12 Roma tomatoes, sliced
¼ cup arugula
salt and pepper to taste
First, cook the eggs as desired. Toast bread and spread ¼ of the avocado on the bread. Layer on the tomatoes and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Garnish with arugula and poached egg.
