Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream

Ready or not the holidays are coming! And lucky for us, that means delicious and actually nutritious food and sweets, if you plan and prepare! Try this healthier 5 ingredient ice cream recipe and you won’t be disappointed.

Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream 

makes 12 servings

4 cups lite coconut milk

1 cup pumpkin puree

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

½ cup honey or agave nectar

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Add all instructions to a blender and blend until combined. Put mixture in shallow bin and freeze until

solid. Remove from freezer 10-15 minutes before service and shave with ice cream scoop. 

Per ¼ cup serving: 65 calories
