Mexican Hot Chocolate Brownies

  • 1 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Fat Free Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Cup Gluten Free Baking Flour
  • 1 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 3/4 Cup Cane Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. Chili Powder

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients in stand mixer until smooth and well combined. Portion 1/4 cup batter into cupcake tray. Bake for 15-18 minutes until no batter sticks to a butter knife. Allow to cool before serving.
