BBQ Chicken Pizza – Serves-2,  Serving size-1/2 a pizza
1 Udis gluten free pizza crust
1 ½ oz Bbq sauce
1 oz Mozzarella cheese
3 Tbsp Chopped red onions
½ Tbsp Chopped cilantro
3 Tbsp Diced tomato
1 ½ oz Diced grilled chicken
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Split pizza crust in half and ladle 1.5 ounces BBQ sauce on crust.
Sprinkle cheese on top. Sprinkle red onions, tomato, cilantro, cooked chicken breast, and cilantro on top of cheese.
Bake in oven for 15 minutes @ 350 or until pizza crust is crisp and cheese is melted.
