How to Make Them
2 cups Gluten-Free Oats
2 cups Dried Fruit assorted
1 cup Walnuts
1 cup Flax Seeds
1 cup Wheat Germ
½ cup Chia Seeds
½ cup Gluten Flour
2 scoops protein powder, Sunwarrior® Classic Vanilla
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Vanilla
¾ cup Pure Maple Syrup
4 Eggs
¼ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
In a food processor, pulse oats, dried fruit, walnuts, flax, wheat germ, chia, gluten flour, protein powder, and cinnamon until the mixture looks like coarse sand.
Whisk eggs and vanilla in a separate bowl.
Stir the egg mixture and maple syrup into the dry ingredients until fully combined.
Press into a greased sheet pan and bake at 325°F for 20 minutes.
While baking, melt dark chocolate chips. Once the bars are cool, drizzle with chocolate and let set completely.
Cut into 24 bars (4 by 6) and enjoy!
