The Star Ingredients

How to Make Them
- 2 cups Gluten-Free Oats 
- 2 cups Dried Fruit assorted 
- 1 cup Walnuts 
- 1 cup Flax Seeds 
- 1 cup Wheat Germ 
- ½ cup Chia Seeds 
- ½ cup Gluten Flour 
- 2 scoops protein powder, Sunwarrior® Classic Vanilla 
- 1 tsp Cinnamon 
- 2 tsp Vanilla 
- ¾ cup Pure Maple Syrup 
- 4 Eggs 
- ¼ cup Dark Chocolate Chips 
- In a food processor, pulse oats, dried fruit, walnuts, flax, wheat germ, chia, gluten flour, protein powder, and cinnamon until the mixture looks like coarse sand. 
- Whisk eggs and vanilla in a separate bowl. 
- Stir the egg mixture and maple syrup into the dry ingredients until fully combined. 
- Press into a greased sheet pan and bake at 325°F for 20 minutes. 
- While baking, melt dark chocolate chips. Once the bars are cool, drizzle with chocolate and let set completely. 
- Cut into 24 bars (4 by 6) and enjoy!
