6:30 AM – Morning Stretch
7:00 AM – Breakfast (options include eggs, smoothies, yogurt, muffins, avocado toast, oatmeal, etc)
8:00 - 11:00 AM – Hike (all levels available, beginner through advanced)
11:30 AM – Core work / Pool class or “How to Re-Pattern Our Habits for Good” Lecture
12:30 PM – Lunch (Korean BBQ Beef Bowl w. Cauliflower Rice & Wonton Soup)
1:15 PM – Endurance Training, Pickle-ball or One-on-One Training
2:30 PM – Strength Training, Boxing or Pilates
3:30 PM – Cardio, Intervals or Dance class
4:30 PM – Afternoon Stretch or Pool class
5:30 PM – Dinner (Grilled Filet Steak w. White Bean Ragu & Roasted Mushrooms)
