Movara is a structured, week-long weight loss retreat and fitness retreat for adults that combines guided fitness training, daily hikes, chef-prepared meals, expert nutrition education, and recovery — all in an all-inclusive resort setting in Southern Utah. Unlike traditional losing weight camps often referred to as “fat camp for adults,” Movara focuses on sustainable fitness, strength building, and long-term lifestyle change within a clearly guided weekly program.

*Sample Schedule

  • 6:30 AM – Morning Stretch

  • 7:00 AM – Breakfast (options include eggs, smoothies, yogurt, muffins, avocado toast, oatmeal, etc)

  • 8:00 - 11:00 AM – Hike (all levels available, beginner through advanced)

  • 11:30 AM – Core work / Pool class or “How to Re-Pattern Our Habits for Good” Lecture

  • 12:30 PM – Lunch (Korean BBQ Beef Bowl w. Cauliflower Rice & Wonton Soup)

  • 1:15 PM – Endurance Training, Pickle-ball or One-on-One Training

  • 2:30 PM – Strength Training, Boxing or Pilates

  • 3:30 PM – Cardio, Intervals or Dance class

  • 4:30 PM – Afternoon Stretch or Pool class

  • 5:30 PM – Dinner (Grilled Filet Steak w. White Bean Ragu & Roasted Mushrooms)

  • (OPTIONAL) 6:30 PM – Spa Treatments, Sound bath, Evening Workshop
