Vegan Farmhouse Dressing
Yields: 3 cups Serving Size: 1½ oz Calories: 70 per serving
Ingredients:
1½ cups vegan mayo (Just Mayo recommended)
1 cup vegan sour cream (Tofutti recommended)
¼ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1½ teaspoons lemon juice
1½ tablespoons Dry Ranch Mix (see recipe below)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for about 1 minute, until smooth and creamy. Store chilled.
Blue Cheese Dressing
Yields: 3 cups Serving Size: 1½ oz Calories: 75 per serving
Ingredients:
1½ cups vegan mayo (Just Mayo)
1 cup vegan sour cream (Tofutti)
¼ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1½ teaspoons lemon juice
1½ tablespoons Dry Ranch Mix
¾ cup blue cheese crumbles
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute until smooth. Chill before serving.
Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette
Serving Size: 1½ oz Calories: 70 per serving
Ingredients:
1 cup Just Mayo vegan mayo
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 teaspoons minced ginger
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Truvia
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon chicken-less soup base
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until the vinaigrette reaches a smooth, pourable consistency. Refrigerate before serving.
Italian Vinaigrette
Yields: 1¼ cups Serving Size: 1½ oz Calories: 80 per serving
Ingredients:
1 cup white balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
½ cup grapeseed oil
1 teaspoon Truvia
½ teaspoon xanthan gum
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and uniform. Shake before each use.
Dry Ranch Mix
Yields: About 3 cups
Ingredients:
¼ cup black pepper
1½ cups parsley flakes
¾ cup garlic powder
¼ cup + 2 tablespoons sea salt
¾ cup onion powder
2 tablespoons dill weed
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until evenly combined. Store in an airtight container and use as needed for homemade dressings or seasoning blends.
