Fresh, Flavorful & Perfect for Summer: Watermelon Feta Salad

This Watermelon Feta Salad is one of our favorite seasonal recipes at Movara because it's light, colorful, and incredibly easy to make. The combination of juicy watermelon, creamy feta, fresh mint, and a drizzle of balsamic reduction creates the perfect balance of sweet, salty, and tangy in every bite.
Ingredients
8 lb. seedless watermelon, chilled and cubed (about 12 cups)
1½ teaspoons salt
¾ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup fresh mint, chopped
1½ cups crumbled feta cheese
1 cup balsamic reduction
Directions
Cube the chilled watermelon and place it in a large mixing bowl.
Add the salt, pepper, chopped mint, and crumbled feta.
Gently toss until everything is evenly combined.
Serve in approximately ½-cup portions and drizzle each serving with balsamic reduction.
