Southern Utah features a dry, sunny climate with over 300 days of sunshine per year. Expect mornings and evenings to be cooler, with warmer days. The air is dry year-round. Staying hydrated and moisturizing is essential. Lightweight layers for clothing are key.
👟 Activewear: Function Over Fashion
At Movara, you’ll be moving every day — hiking, strength training, cardio, pool classes, and stretching. Bring comfortable, moisture-wicking activewear you can layer.
Recommended activewear items:
4–5 pairs of workout tops and bottoms
Breathable socks (lots of them!)
Supportive athletic shoes (already broken in)
Hiking shoes or trail runners
Lightweight jacket or fleece for mornings
