No. The program is designed for all fitness levels, and activities are scaled appropriately.
What meals are provided?
Teens receive daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared by Movara’s culinary team with healthy, balanced options.
How are teens supervised?
Movara staff supervise participants throughout the entire daily schedule to ensure safety and engagement.
What should my teen bring?
Parents will receive a detailed packing list prior to arrival including items such as:
• Hiking shoes
• Workout clothes
• Swimwear
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothing
Are phones allowed?
Screen time is limited to encourage engagement, friendships, and focus throughout the week.
Parents will still be able to contact staff if needed.
