FEES & RATES MOVARA MEMBERSHIPS

Unlock Movara’s lowest rates when you become a Movara Member.

  • Guest Room Rate

    $2,500/week

  • Villa Rate

    $2,800/week

  • Town Rate

    $1,800/week

The room rate is charged annually Jan. 1st for the upcoming year.

  • Members can cancel within 30 days notice. Membership fee is non-refundable

  • Missed year can be applied to the following year, annual fee will still be charged for that year and cannot accumulate more than 2 years at a time

  • Membership cannot be transferred

  • Credit card fee will be charged to member on all transactions, ACH/Debit is available

  • Annual fee will be charged every January for the upcoming year

  • Member rates may increase annually in accordance with Cost of Living
    Adjustments (COLA)

  • Member must be present with guests in a shared room in order to share their member rate +$400

  • Members may book as many weeks as desired at member rate

  • Your membership is backed by our Value Guarantee: if you have not received benefits equal to the cost of your membership, we will refund the difference.
