Turkey Reuben Sandwich

Turkey Reuben - Serves 24 slices Ezekiel Bread2 slices Provolone Cheese8 ounces Turkey1/2 C. Sauerkraut1/4 C. Reuben Sauce, recipe belowPre-heat a griddle or saute pan. Add one slice of cheese to half the bread. Add sauerkraut on top of the cheese and then the sliced turkey. Place the other slice of bread on top of the turkey and grill each side for 4-5 mins until toasted.
