Finding connection, embracing new challenges and making time for herself.
Meet Camille Easton, a mom of five, grandma, and the creative force behind @MamaMillieCooks, a food and lifestyle community of more than 330,000 women!
Camille lives in Draper, Utah, and spent years raising her family, cheering on her kids at sporting events and keeping everyone fueled with home-cooked meals. Today, she shares her love of cooking, easy meal prep, recipes and entertaining with women navigating similar seasons of life.
When a friend told her about Movara, Camille was intrigued. After 30 years of planning meals and taking care of everyone else, the idea of having her schedule planned and three healthy meals prepared each day sounded pretty amazing!
She came hoping for fresh inspiration around fitness and nutrition, but she found something even more meaningful.
Finding Her People (and a New Love for Hiking!)
For Camille, the morning hikes and the people have been the highlights of her Movara experience.
"I've met the most incredible, inspiring women here, and the connections made around the table and on the trail have been my favorite kind of gathering."
One especially memorable moment was tackling a challenging hike through Snow Canyon with hiking guide Cody. Climbing over rocks and pushing herself outside her comfort zone wasn't something she expected to do, but the encouragement from fellow guests made it unforgettable.
She also discovered that her competitive side is still going strong. Hello, AMRAP! 😂
Taking a Little Movara Home
One habit Camille is especially excited to continue? Morning stretching with her husband.
And when it comes to staying consistent with healthy habits, her advice is refreshingly simple:
"Start by focusing on just one thing. Make that one change and practice it until it becomes a habit, then add something new on top of it. Small wins stack up faster than you think."
As someone who knows the power of meal prep, Camille believes setting yourself up for success makes all the difference. Whether it's preparing protein for the week or leaving your walking shoes by the door, small steps make healthy choices easier.
And most importantly? Give yourself grace and find your people.
"Consistency isn't about being perfect every day; it's about coming back after the off days."
A Few of Camille's Movara Favorites 💛
Her favorite hike? A challenging Snow Canyon adventure with Cody. Favorite meal? The chicken tostadas (and the peanut butter cup!). And of course, a relaxing massage made the list, too!
We're so grateful Camille spent a week with us and shared her energy, encouragement and love for bringing people together.
Thank you, Camille, for reminding us that wellness isn't about perfection. It's about showing up, trying new things and finding joy along the way.
