Avocado & Roast Jalapeno Hummus Serves 41 Can garbanzo beans1 Avocado1 Tbsp lime juice2 Garlic cloves1 tsp Tahini paste1 tsp Sea salt1 Jalapeño1/8 Cup water4 Whole wheat slices of pita breadRoast a jalapeño over an open flame. Char the skin, peel the skin off and de-seed thejalapeño. In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Scrape down sides of the blender to get all the lumps.
