Let’s face it, weight loss, fitness and healthy lifestyle changes are more fun and easier to stick with if we have support. Having a living, breathing person is irreplaceable. However, it is an added bonus if they can provide delicious recipe ideas; keep track of your calories in and calories out; tell you the percentage of calories from fat, carbs, and protein; constantly provide you with inspirational words and motivation; inform you of the healthiest fast food and sit down locations and what to eat at each; as well as tell you which products are best for your overall health and which may be your 10 percent for the day! I have yet to find this individual, so for the time being here are some smart phone apps books, and websites that can help you along your journey. These tools help hold you accountable and by taking the information from these sources and using it to your advantage, it will help you stay on track.
