Turkey Bacon, Tomato, Arugula PizzaServes 6
3 gluten free pizza crust
6 ounces marinara
18 slices turkey bacon serving size 3 slices
1 ½ cups tomato, sliced 1 thick
1 ½ ounces Pesto sauce
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, fat free
Salad:
1 ½ cups arugula
1 ½ ounces Lemon Vinaigrette
Chop bacon. Slice tomato very thin. Sprinkle the oregano onto the crust then add bacon, cheese, tomato and bake 6 minutes. Top with arugula and serve.
