Steak Cobb Salad – Serves 4

8 C. Romaine, Chopped

¾ C. Tomato, Diced

¾ C. Red Onion, Diced

1 C. Cucumber, Peeled and Diced

½ C. Parmesan Cheese

½ C. Avocado

12 oz. Sliced Turkey, Diced

8 oz. Special White Balsamic Vinaigrette, recipe in the sauces / sides section

Note: Place 2 cups chopped romaine in each bowl. In straight lines, place ingredients as shown above. Using 3 T. red onions, ¼ C. cucumber, 5 T. turkey, 2 T. parmesan cheese and 3 T. tomatoes. Above this layer, add a ¼ C. scoop of Avocado, and 2 ounces special white balsamic vinaigrette.
