  • 7:15-7:45am – Breakfast
  • 8:00am – Hike
  • 11:30am – Fitness Class
  • 12:30pm – Lunch
  • 1:15pm – Lecture
  • 2:30pm – Fitness Class
  • 3:30pm – Fitness Class
  • 4:30pm – Stretch / Pool Class
  • 5:3opm – Dinner
  • 6:00-9:00pm – Spa Services
