Sirloin Burger

Sirloin Burger – Serves 4


1 pounds sirloin

1 tablespoon garlic, chopped

1 Egg

½ tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Worchester

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Note: Add the sirloin to a mixing bowl. Add the rest of the seasonings and mix together.  Make ½ cup burger patties then add them to a grill and cook on both sides until done.

For the burger:

4 Oroweat hamburger buns

2 oz – 4 slices Organic sharp cheddar cheese

4 slices red onion

2 slices tomato

4 Boston lettuce leaf

6 tablespoons mustard

6 tablespoons Ketchup

Note: For the burger set ups: place the sliced cheese on the burger. Place the vegetables on the side of the plate with lettuce, tomatoes and sliced onions. Also add ketchup and mustard on the side for guests to add it to their burger.
