I talk a lot about self-trust.  The reason is that we are too often motivated by fear in regards to our weight and food choices.  We don’t trust food, we don’t trust our bodies and we don’t trust ourselves to know what to do with either of those issues.  We live in a culture that is distracting and errodes self-trust, continuously causing disconnection with ourselves.  


This makes intuitive eating and letting go of weight obsession and food rules REALLY difficult.  In fact, as you move forward you will likely find fear and anxiety intensify.  Most people choose to turn around and go right back to a the diet and scale.  But not YOU.  You are braver than that.  You know that going back keeps you in the same fear-based cycle of restricting, overeating and yo-yo dieting.  Instead, you let trust be bigger than fear.
