Raspberry Cream Brownie

 

Brownie: Serves 12                                      

Calories:100 Protein:3g Fat:2g   Carbs:19g   Fiber:2g

4 Eggs

½ C. Cane Sugar

½ C. Honey

1 C. Coco powder

1 t. Vanilla extract

1/8 t. Salt

Combine all ingredients together until well combine place in a greased shallow baking dish “11×9”. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Cut into 12 equal pieces.

Raspberry Cream                                              

Calories:30 Protein: 1.5g Carbs:5g

¾ c. Greek yogurt

½ c. Mori Nu Vanilla pudding mix

¾ c. Fresh raspberries

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until uniform consistency.

Place 1 oz of raspberry cream on top of each brownie and garnish with fresh raspberries.
