During my own personal weight loss journey I learned to love salads. They are easy to prepare, full of nutrients, and a whole lot of bang for your buck calorie-wise! Salads also help me to decipher if I am experiencing hunger versus a craving…Whenever I am really hungry a big bowl of greens will do the trick, when if it was a craving, ice cream would be all that I hungered for. Throughout my years of enjoying salads for almost every dinner that I consume, I have found a few that have stuck out as favorites. Today I thought I would share them with you. Enjoy!
