After posting this recipe, a guest asked for a pumpkin bread recipe (Hi Candy!). First off, you can always replace the butter or oil in any recipe with pumpkin (just like applesauce) and have an instant pumpkin recipe!
But I also looked for a few good recipes and thought I would include links for you to try:
Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread (I would use whole wheat flour instead of white and applesauce instead of oil)
Dense and Hearty Apple Pumpkin Bread (this looks best to me!)
