Obviously those that are at the resort this time of year have already gotten a head start at their New Year’s resolutions. But we were still interested to see what they had to say. As I interviewed a few of them and asked what goals they had set, it sparked several more inside of me.

I love my job! I am so excited for this new year and not only what it will bring but what I will make of it! We don’t always get to choose what happens in our lives but we always get to choose our actions. As this year starts out I would like to share my one bit of advice and that is that every excuse is a choice to fail. EVERY EXCUSE IS A CHOICE TO FAIL! The theme of The Biggest Loser season 13, which aires tonight actually, is No Excuses. I have decided that will also be the theme of my 2012. Anyone else want to join me?
