Movara Salad Dressings

VEGAN FARMHOUSE – (Yields 3 Cups, Serving size is 1 ½ oz, 70 calories per serving)

1 ½ C. Vegan Mayo (Just Mayo is the brand)

1 C. Vegan Sour cream (Tofutti is the brand)

¼ C. Unsweetened almond or coconut milk

1 1/2 t. Lemon juice

1 ½ T. Dry ranch mix* (recipe below)

Note:

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth for one minute.

 

BLUE CHEESE – (Yields 3 Cups, Serving size is 1 ½ oz, 75 calories per serving)

1 ½ C. Vegan Mayo (Just Mayo is the brand)

1 C. Vegan Sour cream (Tofutti is the brand)

¼ C. Unsweetened almond or coconut milk

1 1/2 t. Lemon juice

1 ½ T. Dry ranch mix * (recipe below)

3/4 C. Blue cheese

Note:

Add all ingredients in blender and blend for one minute until smooth.

 

SESAME GINGER VINAIGRETTE – (Serving size is 1 ½ oz, 70 calories per serving)

1 C. Just Mayo Vegan Mayo

2 T. Light soy sauce

2 t. Minced ginger

¼ C. Rice Wine Vinegar

2 T. Honey

2 T. Truvia

1 T. Sesame oil

1 t. Chicken-less soup base

Note:

Add all ingredients in blender and blend until vinaigrette reaches desired consistency.

 

ITALIAN VINAIGRETTE  – (Yields 1¼ Cups, Serving size is 1 ½ oz, 80 calories per serving)

1 C. White balsamic vinegar

2 t. Red wine balsamic vinegar

1 t. Garlic powder

1 t. Parsley flakes

1 t. Salt and pepper

½ C. Grape seed oil

1 t. Truvia

½ t. Xanthan gum

Note:

Add all ingredients in blender and blend until uniform consistency

 

DRY RANCH MIX– (Yields around 3 C.)

¼ C. Black Pepper

1 ½ C. Parsley Flakes

¾ C. Garlic Powder

¼ C. + 2T sea salt

¾ C. Onion powder

2T. Dill Weed

Note:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. *Add in to recipes as called for
