Chocolate Avocado Puddingavocado-pudding

Ingredients:

4 avocados or 26 oz
6 oz greek style yogurt
1/3 cup light coconut milk
1/2 cup Pb2 
1/3 cup dark cocoa powder
¼ cup honey
4 ounce dark chocolate
3 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Directions:

Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Chill for one hour to set.
Garnish as desired.
Enjoy!

Serving Size 1/3 Cup; 125 Calories

Notes:

Pb2 is dehydrated peanuts. 2 Tbsp is 45 calories, compared to 200 calories/Tbsp for actual peanut butter.
