If you’ve ever visited Movara, then you know that Thursday’s are infamous for one thing – TREADING. If you have yet to visit us, allow us to explain what Treading is. Treading is a high intensity, cardio focused, fat blasting class taught every week on Thursday afternoons. Our guests choose the cardio machine of their choice, be it a treadmill, elliptical, spin bike, or Jacob’s Ladder, and participate in an intense, non-stop, 40-minute workout; sometimes longer depending on what kind of mood the trainer teaching might be in. Of course we’re joking, but we’ve seen this happen.
Our trainers pride themselves on pushing our guests to the next level, and guiding them toward personal achievements they never knew possible.
We hear the same question from many of our departing guests, “How does Treading class go again? I want to do this at home!” Well, we are more than happy to oblige. Here’s how Treading happens at Movara.
