Improving core strength is great for many reasons. It can improve our posture, increase strength and not to mention, help trim the mid-section! But sometimes, working the abs can be difficult, especially if we have back problems or injuries. So, here are a couple modified moves that Cliff has put together that are great ab workouts that just take a few minutes. Here’s the rule, do each one of these moves for a minutes each and do three rounds. Let’s go!
