Initial One Time Fee: $5000

Guest Room Rate: $2000/week
or
Villa Rate: $2500/week
or
Town Rate: $1500/week
The room rate is charged annually Jan. 1st for the upcoming year

After Choosing Your Room Rate, Decide on a Tier if You’d Like to Upgrade:
Members can cancel within 30 days notice. Membership fee is non-refundable
Missed year can be applied to the following year, annual fee will still be charged for that year and cannot accumulate more than 2 years at a time
Membership cannot be transferred
Credit card fee will be charged to member on all transactions, ACH/Debit is available
Annual fee will be charged every January for the upcoming year
Initial fee includes standard tier
Member rates may increase annually in accordance with Cost of Living
Adjustments (COLA)Member must be present with guests in a shared room
Members may book as many weeks as desired at member rate
