I have a lot of requests for meal and snack ideas. So when I ran across this article, (click the link) I knew I better post it. Not only do they list calorie counts for each meal and snack, they provide a recipe as well. The breakfasts are all 300 calories, lunches are 400 and dinners are 500; just like we serve at The Resort. Snack ideas are also available for 150 calories each.
I like that they encourage whole grains, fruits and veggies, and lean proteins. They have vegetarian entrees, quick meals and treats that are very well balanced. I would like to try some of these recipes myself!
