It’s up to YOU

when nobody else celebrates you

External validation is really nice.  It’s nice to be told we did a good job, to be appreciated, to feel supported, receive encouragment but that’s not always what happens.  So what happens when that doesn’t happen?  Too many turn to self-doubt, anger or discouragment.  Instead, think of external validation as the proverbial “icing on the cake”.  It’s nice, but not necessary.  The bulk of the validation, the essence of who you are and why you do what you do, must be about YOU and come from YOU.

So determine right now to show up for yourself.  To support yourself.  To not say mean things to yourself about yourself.  Encourage, support, complement and appreciate your best efforts.  We think you will find it changes everything.
