Healthy Behaviors (not weight) = Health

I came across this graphic last week and really love it.

What will you promote

When people feel bad about themselves, they are less likely to engage in healthy behaviors consistently.  Therefore, weight stereotypes and stigma only encourages unhealthy behaviors.  When you accept yourself as you are, you give yourself permission to be YOUR best self, which makes room for healthy thoughts and behaviors.  Obsession with weight, body size and body shape is causing more problems than it?s solving.  I encourage you to experiment with what it feels like to focus on taking care of yourself vs fighting against yourself.
