I did this post a while back with an article about making wise decisions when eating out. I actually found this site I like even better! It is by the American Heart Association and you can click on each ethnic cuisine and it gives you alternatives to higher calorie menu items. Obviously you still need to watch portions but looking for particular items that are known to be prepared using lower calorie and fat preparation methods can always help.
