Fourth of July Food

Happy 4th of July week to you all! Let’s vow to keep it au natural this year with the food festivities by choosing food over stuff. By prepping food that comes from nature not a factory, your holiday will be full of more flavor, more energy and more satiety. Homemade Coleslaw
Mix together one bag of ready shredded cabbage/carrots/broccoli with 1/4 c Mayo with olive oil (40 cals. per serving), 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar, 2 packets of stevia, 1 tbsp. dijon mustard and oregano.
