As human beings we all have anger, irritation, or situations we feel perfectly justified in being hurt or resentful. The question is: what is the price I pay for having my emotions hold me hostage? How does it affect my: home, work, health, fitness, and self-confidence?

Forgiveness does NOT mean ‘that what happened was ok.’ Forgiveness means ‘that I am no longer willing to be held hostage by the pain of a situation.’ When we harbor unforgiveness/resentment in our hearts, we pay a high price, as it harms and punishes us.

The journey of moving towards forgiveness brings us emotional growth and healing. Through this catalyst we are able to find peace in our lives and progress towards our goals.
