Easy Melon Sorbet

Easy Cantaloupe or Honeydew Sorbet

 

Serves 9, 1/2 cup each

1 Honeydew or 1 Cantaloupe

½ c Honey

¼ c Lemon juice

¼ c water

Dice and freeze the Honeydew or Cantaloupe for 4 hours. Once frozen, blend with the remaining ingredients until smooth then return to the freezer and chill for 1 hour before serving. Place a ¼ c scoop of each into small bowl (or lemon if you are feeling creative) and enjoy!
