Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

Serving Size: 2 strawberries
8 large fresh strawberries
8 tablespoon Hershey® dark chocolate chips
In a pot, add 3 cups of water and bring to a simmer. Cover the pot with a metal bowl that is big enough to cover the pot but not too big that it won’t sit in the pot. Add the chocolate chips to the bowl. Stir the chips until melted. Once melted, you can dip the strawberries. Place the strawberries on a cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil. When all strawberries are done, refrigerate for 1-3 hours to harden the chocolate.
