We get quite a few guests at the Resort each week that are from Canada. They are a bit frustrated that I don’t include brand recommendations for Canadians. This is understandable. I have never lived in or even visited Canada (although I would love to!) so I am very unfamiliar with Canadian brands. But I have conducted a bit of homework and thought I would compile a list. I hope this is helpful!
Grains: Look for whole grains in the ingredient list, 80-120 calories per serving, 3-5 grams fiber and less than 6 grams of sugar.

- Annie’s Homegrown
- Bob’s Red Mill
- Hodgson’s Mill
- Triscuits
- Barbara’s Bakery

- Liberte
- Stonyfield Farms
- Oikos
- Horizon
- Chobani
- Siggi’s

Meats: Referring to lunch meats (you can view a blog post about those here)

Fats:
- Smucker’s Natural Peanut Butter
- Adam’s Natural Peanut Butter
- Goodness Me Natural Peanut Butter

Others:

And I know you have fresh fruits and vegetables :).
Did I miss any? If there are any Canadians that have questions on brands, you are more than welcome to post them in the comments and I can look into them. In fact, it will only add to the list!
