As Mindset Director at Movara, she observes the principle that the mind and heart hold the keys to success beyond our wildest dreams, and she loves to introduce that world to others. She is a certified ACHE Clinical Hypnotherapist with an undergrad degree in psychology, and she is passionate about opening a world of healing and change for others as they remove mental and emotional blocks, clear trauma, and progress to the next phase of life. Erin has had a long life of being physically active with running, cycling, mountain biking, Ninja Warrior competitions, and strength training; but she’s seen her challenges in the past and loves coaching people into healthier places. She loves gardening, working out, playing with friends outdoors, and spending time with her twin daughters who are currently off adventuring at college. She also uses fitness and movement to manage her anxiety and is passionate about sharing the everyday benefits of an active lifestyle.

Prior to working in the health and wellness industry, she built a small photography studio from the ground up, with her work appearing on magazine covers, billboards, and television. She holds a master's degree from Southern Utah University, and a bachelor's in recreational therapy from the University of Utah, and a certification in project management, systems innovation, and business growth. She met her husband in St. George while attending the local college, and is excited to return to the red rocks after thirty years away.
