HELLO! Its me, Sarah, from season 11 of The Biggest Loser! I recently joined up with Movara and I couldnt be happier. I am a social media coordinator so youll see me a lot on facebook and twitter, but the thing that I am most excited about is that I get to give you an inside view of what is going on at the Movara and in the lives of our guests right here on our blog!
Its time that we get personal! Please feel free to ask questions or share your thoughts in the comments section and I will definitely address them.
A year ago this week I stepped foot on the Movara for the first time. I had just started on the show with my mom, Deni, and we had chosen to train with two unknown trainers for four weeks at Movara. I will never forget what I was feeling as our van pulled up to the entrance of the resort. I was excited and TERRIFIED!
Maybe some of you can relate? I am very grateful that I didnt listen to the thoughts in my head that were telling me I couldnt do it and that I should go home because the Movara changed my life forever. I was inspired, motivated, encouraged and often times held up by the guests that were at the resort the same time we were. It was at the resort that my journey began and now I cant get enough of it.
I get to visit the Utah resort each week and workout with the guests, eat with them and sit by the pool and hear their stories at the end of the day. It is my favorite part of my week and it wouldnt be fair for me to keep those experiences that I have while I am there to myself. That is why I will bring them to you on this blog! And when you come and see us at the resort then maybe we’ll share your story and successes on here (if you want, of course)! Until then we hope that you’ll stay connected with us and we’ll continue to share nutrition and exercise tips and all the good news and gossip about the resorts!
