2- Ask yourself can I afford it? Once you’ve done the “math” of your weight loss goals you can become more accountable for your choices 

3-Learn ways to emotionally eat “better” if you’re going to do it. 

4- Ask yourself, is it worth it? 

This is a life long process and failure is a part of it. If we can learn from our choices, it’s no longer failure, but success!
