Time is a precious commodity, there is only so much of it in one day, one week, one month, and one year (less it is a Leap Year)! Where are you spending your time and energy?
Keeping a time schedule log for 1 week will help us identify where we are spending our time and energy. Understanding where we are spending our time and energy allows us to determine whether we would like to re-prioritize it.
To help increase our mental and emotional wellness it is important to look at several areas we might want to prioritize to spend some additional time and energy:
+ Productive work
+ Time in safe and supportive relationships
+ Fitness and wellness activities
+ Self-improvement
+ Peaceful/spiritual activities
Through deciding what is important to you, how much time to spend, and when to spend the time doing it, we are able to progress towards the health and wellness lifestyles we are seeking. The future depends on the choices we are currently making! Where are you spending your time and energy?
